I have a passion for creating children's educational content and art education, chairs the HRAC Art Education and Outreach Committee, teaches ARTisTRY Classes at HRAC, as well as private art lessons, and is an advocate for the arts.
In the summer of 2020 Shayla opened Underdrawing Arts & Crafts Supplies, a store in downtown Hammond that offers affordable supplies as well as skills-development lessons.
